Thank you for your reply, but since when is Portugal an island? The
address i was trying to post was in the european mainland (as 90% of
Portugal is), it was for Cascais, which is about a half hour drive from
Lisbon. I inserted the postal code, 2750, as i do for several other
websites, but it wouldn't accept. I would appreciate if you could review
this situation.

Regarding your e-mail, I would like to inform you that our system unfortunately does not accept special symbols like the dash "-" in the Zip Code Option. Therefore I would suggest you to enter the Zip Code without any symbol, just the numbers.

We understand your frustration in this matter but we unfortunately we will not be able to give you a quick answer.
